He has extensive professional experience both nationally and internationally. His career began at LATAM Airlines, the leading airline group in Latin America, where he worked for over 10 years in executive positions in revenue management, operations planning, and management, standing out for his role in Brazil, where he was one of the leaders in the integration of LAN and TAM in the cargo operations. In 2020, he joined the healthcare industry as Health and Development Manager at the Isapre company within the ILC holding, Consalud. In addition to leading the company's operations during the pandemic, he spearheaded an operational transformation aimed at increasing efficiency and launched a new line of plans.
In 2022, he took on the leadership of Vida Cámara, the health and life insurance company of the group, as General Manager. With the challenge of driving the company's development, he has successfully led the insurer towards a growth of over 60% in premiums between 2022 and 2024, positioning Vida Cámara as a key player in the industry, with the goal of bringing healthcare closer to all Chileans.
