He has an extensive and distinguished professional career across various industries both in Chile and abroad, leading transformation and merger processes at companies such as LAN-TAM, Megasalud-RedSalud, among others.
He was part of the executive team at RedSalud, serving as General Manager of Megasalud, where he successfully promoted the transformation of the outpatient and dental sectors. He later became General Manager of Clínica RedSalud Vitacura and subsequently managed the RedSalud Clinics division.
Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in leading high-performing teams in both clinical-hospital and outpatient settings, which has enabled him to successfully manage transformation processes and address the needs of the healthcare sector.
He assumed the role of General Manager of Consalud in 2020, focusing on operational excellence and leading a cultural transformation process aimed at creating a more agile, efficient, and responsive organization that meets the needs of its beneficiaries.
