Mr. Vicuña has a degree in business administration from Finis Terrae University. Served as Chairman of the CChC between 2022 to 2024, after over 12 years of outstanding participation in the industry association. He was the National Vice Chairman of the CChC and Chairman of the CChC Valparaíso as well as the Economic, National Coordination, Entity and Member Committees. Mr. Vicuña serves on the board of Empresas RVC, a family company with a large regional and national real estate presence in the areas of housing, commercial and public works. He is also a partner at EFE Solar, a photovoltaic solutions company in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency. He joined the ILC board in January 2023 and became Chairman in April 2025.

He has an extensive track record in the construction sector and a prominent role in industry associations Since 2024, he has served as National President of the Chilean Chamber of Construction (CChC), after having held the position of National Vice President between 2022 and 2024. During this period, he also chaired the Ethics and Conduct Committee, the Technological Development Corporation (CDT), the Social Council, and the Sustainability Council of the CChC. Previously, he was President and Director of the Chilean Institute of Cement and Concrete (ICH). In the private sector, he has been an executive, partner, and director at various leading construction firms. From 2009 to 2022, he was part of Desarrollos Constructivos Axis S.A., where he currently serves as Director. He also held leadership roles at Socovesa Ingeniería y Construcciones S.A., Constructora Gardilcic S.A., and was a partner and director at PRECON S.A. from 1979 to 2004. He joined the Board of ILC in April 2025 and was elected Vice Chairman.

Civil Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has been a Board Member since November 2020 and served as Vice Chairman from May 2021 to April 2023. He was President of the Chilean Chamber of Construction (CChC) from 2020 to 2022, where he has had an extensive career, including roles as Vice President, Board Member, and participant in various committees and commissions related to occupational safety and contractor management, among others. He is also a founding partner of Mas & Errázuriz Ingeniería y Construcción, a company specializing in underground excavations, civil works, and assembly in the hydroelectric, mining, and infrastructure sectors, with operations in Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina. Additionally, he has served on the boards of Mutual de Seguridad and AFP Habitat.

Commercial Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, holding a Master’s degree in Economics from the same institution. She joined the ILC Board of Directors in April 2021. She has over 20 years of experience in the economic sector, having worked in consulting firms such as Dominus Capital, Fontaine e Inhen, Fontaine e Paul, and Econsult, where she held the position of Chief Economist. Additionally, she served as Chief Advisor at the Chilean Ministry of Economy and as a Board Member of the Chilean State-Owned Enterprises System (SEP), which oversees state-owned companies in the transportation, port, and service sectors. Currently, she is a Board Member of Empresas Gasco S.A. and a columnist for the local media outlet La Tercera.

Civil Engineering with a specialization in Econometrics from the University of Chile, and a diploma in Structured Financing from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain. She has built a distinguished career in infrastructure, construction, and organizational management. She has played an active role in the Chilean Chamber of Construction (CChC), serving as a National Director from 2021 to 2024 and as Acting National Vice President in 2024. She has chaired several key bodies within the organization, including the Audit Committee, the Infrastructure Commission, and the Concessions Committee. She has also been a National Councilor of the CChC since 2017. In addition, she has held board positions in various subsidiaries of the Mutual de Seguridad. From 2019 to 2022, she served as Vice Chair of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of Mutual de Seguridad CChC SpA. Currently, she is Partner and General Manager at Atanor Soluciones Ltda. and serves as a Councilor at the Infrastructure Policy Council. In April 2025, he became a Director of ILC.

Commercial Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Ph.D. in Economics from MIT. He has been a Board Member since April 2014. He has an outstanding career in the private and public sectors in Chile. He has served on the boards of several major companies, including AES-Gener, Guacolda (power generation), Entel (telecommunications), D&S (supermarkets), París, La Polar (retail), Moneda, Corpbanca (financial sector), TVN, and Canal 13 (media and communications). In the public sector, he served as Minister of Labor and Social Security and Minister of Transport and Telecommunications. Currently, he is a researcher at the Corporación de Estudios para Latinoamérica (CIEPLAN) and a professor at Universidad de Chile.

Commercial Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Master in Economics from the University of Chicago. He has been a Board Member since April 2017. He has been a full professor at the Institute of Economics at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 1980, teaching courses such as Competition and Market, Labor Economics, Economic Regulation, among others. He has authored numerous academic publications and conducted national and international consulting work in the areas of public policy, labor markets, regulation, competition, among others. Currently, he is a member of the Capital Markets Advisory Council and Chairman of Sociedad Hipódromo Chile S.A. He served as Superintendent of Securities and Insurance (now the Financial Market Commission, CMF) between 2010 and 2014. Additionally, he chaired the Council of Securities Regulatory Authorities of the Americas (COSRA) for two years. He has also held various leadership roles, including Board Member of Chile Transparente, Chairman of the Board of Canal 13, Member of the Finance and Business Circle of Icare, Member of the expert group convened by the Ministry of Finance to strengthen capital markets, Member of the Presidential Advisory Council on Work and Equity, Member of the Technical Committee on Quality of Life and Work Hours Reduction, Member of the Social and Economic Order Commission of the UC Constitutional Forum, Member of the Justice and Peace Commission.

Commercial Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Extensive experience in the financial sector, where he led the Corporate Finance division at BICE Chileconsult - Rothschild. In this role, he directed and participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions, bond issuances, financial restructurings, privatizations, and capital issuances.

He has been a finance professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile for over 15 years. He has also served on the boards of various companies, including Confuturo, RedSalud, Vida Cámara, Securitizadora BICE, Clínica RedSalud Santiago, Icertifica, and the Chilean Association of Insurers.

He joined ILC in 2008 as Development Manager and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2010.

Mr. Undurraga holds a degree in civil engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from the University of Michigan, USA. He has an extensive track record in project valuations, research and development. He began his career in planning and business intelligence at Copec, the largest fuel distributor in Chile. He then shifted to the financial sector as an associate and then vice president of the Investment Banking Area at Santander Global Banking & Markets. He participated and led several transactions related to the oil & gas, energy, manufacturing and salmon industries. In 2012, Mr. Undurraga joined the ILC Group as Chief Development Officer of Red Salud, evaluating organic and inorganic growth projects, as well as promoting internal management initiatives and corporate studies. He also served as Director of Red Salud’s Regional Hospital network. In June 2016, he joined ILC as Chief Performance Management Officer. Later, in 2024, he assumes the position of Chief Financial Officer.

With over 15 years of experience in finance and investor relations, she began her career at CMPC, where she was appointed Head of Investor Relations (IR) in 2012. In this role, she led various financial operations, including capital increases and local and international bond issuances, aimed at funding the company’s USD 8 billion growth plan across Latin America. In 2015, she joined ILC as Head of Investor Relations, and in 2019, she was appointed Investor Relations & Sustainability Officer, reinforcing the company’s engagement with the market and key stakeholders on both financial and ESG matters. In 2023, she shifted her focus to Sustainability, leading the formalization of ILC’s corporate purpose and driving initiatives such as the launch of Compromiso Mayor.

Extensive experience in the insurance, pensions, and healthcare industries. He has held positions in finance, risk, audit, and internal control at major multinational groups, including PWC, ING, MetLife, and Zurich. He has been involved in key projects, such as the establishment of the Operational Risk division at ING in Chile, the merger of MetLife with Interamericana de Seguros, and the transition of this company to IFRS, among others. In 2014, he joined ILC as Chief Audit Officer.
